Rain Barrel Kits and Instructions Many people have asked for rain barrel kits or instructions on how to build a rain barrel. I have put together a set of free rain barrel instructions for you to use to build your own rain barrel.  (See the link below.)  You will need some basic hand tools and some supplies that you can buy at your local hardware store.  I have included a list of those supplies below.
